Tourmaline & Shungite are some of the most effective crystals to inhibit EMFs. Avoid areas with high 5G frequencies as much as possible (metropolises). Disable Wi-Fi and use a direct wired (Ethernet) connection or at least turn off the router at night. Also consider this: “Dr. Martín Monteverde on EMF radiation emitted by mobile phones.” Do not sleep next to cellular phones (leave them in another room) and\or turn them off or put them in airplane mode. Similarly, do not leave them in one’s lap when driving. They also sell faraday bags for phones (“tin foil hats”) and EMF meters. Use traditional wired headphones instead of Bluetooth.

Grounding” or “earthingare great natural remedies to reduce inflammation and EMF exposure. “The effects of grounding (earthing) on inflammation, the immune response, wound healing, and prevention and treatment of chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.” Sun-gazing is also a great ancient remedy for general well being.

Reducing inflammation is critical in mitigating thombrosis aka blood clotting. Avoid seed oils like corn oil, canola oil, grape seed oil, peanut oil etc. Stick to real olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, ghee, tallow, but check their smoking points. Flax seed oil should be OK too.

Avoid refined sugar (linked to inflammation); pastries, cakes, cookies, etc. Consume less white bread, which is really nothing but sugar (simple carbohydrates). Bread cravings = sugar cravings. Same with white rice and white pastas. Also avoid breakfast cereals, fast foods, highly processed foods, instant meals, frozen dinners, basically most things in the inner aisles of grocery stores. If anything, healthier alternatives can be found in health food stores like the Amy’s brand. Replace traditional breads with sprouted grain bread. Replace traditional pastas with pastas made from healthier ingredients like chickpea pasta or brown rice pasta. Traditional marinara sauces can be made easily at home too, a much healthier option than most products sold in stores with insane levels of sodium. Avoid synthetic MSG and always opt for the low-sodium versions of seasonings and sauces. Pesto is also very easy to make at home and super foods like spinach and kale can be added. Replace white rice (or mix) with brown and purple (“forbidden”) rice that are much more nutrient dense. Foods like legumes, lentils, quinoa and chia seeds can be added for even bigger boost of nutrients.

Speaking of fast foods, a woman saved a McDonalds hamburger (pictures missing) in 1996. She made a post showing how it did not decompose and looked almost exactly the same 12 years later. Another woman wrote a similar article about a 142 day old happy meal that even her dogs would not go near. One McDonalds patty can contain the meat of 100 different cows and their fries contain 19 ingredients, one of which is “natural beef flavor.” Some may remember the “pink slime” controversy, a term coined by USDA whistle-blower Gerald Zirnstein. Try searching about these things. The McDonalds PR spin machine is unreal. They claim that their “foods,” don’t decompose simply because they “dry out.” Subway’s tuna contains no tuna DNA but was found to contain chicken, pork and cattle DNA. Taco bell’s ground beef contains pork, “roast pork flavor”, and other horrific ingredients. Takeaway pizzas were found to have fake cheese, called analogue cheese andt heir “ham” that was actually turkey. The list goes on and on.

Avoid sodas and table syrups, which contain high amounts of high fructose corn syrup. Pepsi Co. has previously partnered with a company that uses aborted fetal cells for R&D on flavor enhancers although they eventually cut ties with them. Other companies may still be using them (aborted fetal cells are used in Covid vaccine development). Diet sodas may be even worse due to aspartame, which is literally poison. Most fruit juices are just as unhealthy as sodas because of the high sugar content and lack of fiber. If a recipe calls for sugar, simply replace with honey (1:2 ratio), a much healthier alternative.

Avoid tap water and fluoridated toothpaste. Flouride is not only toxic but also known to calcify the pineal gland. The pineal gland is known as thethird eye,” the door way to all things psychic or “seat of the soul,” as Descartes taught. Most bottled waters contain fluoride, are contaminated with microplastics and take 450 years to decompose. Reverse osmosis and distillation water seem to be the best methods for water purification. Some say these methods also leech out beneficial trace minerals but others say this is moot because electrolytes should be absorbed through foods like fruit to begin with. I personally use a “Clearly Filtered” water filter after reading about issues with the popular Berkey filter, but water distillation is probably a better option.

Even natural spring waters may be unsafe. It was reported in 2012 that the water in Mount Shasta, known as the “City of Pure Water”, contained toxic amounts of aluminum due to geoengineering aka chemtrails (USAF whistle-blower) aka weather modification (VW anti-hail cannon). Synthetic hormones from birth control pills can also make their way into the water supply that get absorbed by wildlife “as if it were a natural estrogen ‘desmasculinizing’ male animals and creating a condition called intersex that interferes with an animal’s ability to reproduce… intersex males often produce eggs in their testes.” Gender-bending have been found in plastics, food, cosmetics, cleaning products. Men’s sperm counts in the West have dropped 50% in the last 40 years. The BBC aired a program for 12 year olds claiming that there are over 100 different genders.

It would be best to consume less dairy too. Take Japan for example. In 1950, the per-capita yearly dietary intake of dairy products was 5.5 pounds. 25 years later, after Western occupation following the war, dairy was introduced to the Japanese diet leading to an average yearly consumption of 117 pounds of milk and dairy. “In 1950, the average twelve-year old Japanese girl was 4’6″ tall and weighed 71 pounds. By 1975, the average Japanese girl, after changing her diet to include milk and dairy products containing 59 different bioactive hormones, had grown an average of 4 1/2 inches and gained 19 pounds. In 1950, the average Japanese girl had her first menstrual cycle at the age of 15.2 years. Twenty five years later, after a daily intake of estrogen and progesterone from milk, the average Japanese girl was ovulating at the age of 12.2 years, three years younger. Never before had such a dramatic dietary change been seen in such a unique population study.” How could this affect aging?

The bioactive hormones are one of the reasons why Europe has banned American milk. Europe has also banned these foods. “The FDA states that food companies can market new chemicals and food additives without FDA oversight or approval…” Sounds eerily similar to what is happening now with the EUA. Some studies link the consumption of dairy products with an increased risk of developing breast cancer and a potential cause of infertility. “Humans are the only species on the planet that drink another mammal’s breast milk!” It may be tough to cut dairy out entirely but little things like switching to block cheeses made from grass fed cows raised without injected hormones would go a long ways since Kraft cheese is not real cheese. There are many dairy alternatives hitting the market nowadays too, but note that almond milk actually contains less than 2% almonds.

Consuming less meat would be ideal considering the above, especially foods like processed meat (classified as a group 1 carcinogen) and hot dogs. Some pork-free hot dogs were found to contain pork DNA, veggie dogs – meat DNA and hot dogs – human DNA (Snatch). Red meat is classified as a Group 2 carcinogen. Decreasing portions of meats and increasing portions of veggies, fruits, legumes, nuts, seeds, etc., would be a good place to start. The flexitarian diet is becoming very popular these days.

It would be best to moderate alcohol consumption. Overconsumption also ensnares one in a low vibrational state and vulnerable to negative energies, hence alcohol commonly being reffered to as “spirits.” It also causes inflammation. Try to decrease usage of strong marijuana (GMO’d and psychoactive properties are at least 20-40x stronger than 70s reefer), psychotropic medication (anti-depressants, anti-anxiety meds, SSRIs). The term “cure,” was originally used to describe methods to keep meat fresh for as long as possible before decomposing ie., “dead meat”. It is may be best to stay mentally sharp and in one’s purest form during these times.

All of this should be taken into consideration regardless of whether one has been vaccinated or not due to spike protein shedding.
